Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Padel Islands Dubai website (padelislands.ae) and the booking of court time, coaching sessions, and private events at Padel Islands Dubai, operated by WORLDWIDE PADELX DMCC, JLT Cluster I, Dubai, UAE. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

All court bookings are made through Playtomic (playtomic.com), a third-party booking platform. Payment is processed at the time of booking via Playtomic's payment system. Prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Padel Islands reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation and refund policies are governed by Playtomic's terms and conditions. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• For private events and coaching sessions, separate cancellation conditions may apply - contact us directly.

• All players must wear appropriate sports footwear with non-marking soles.
• Players enter and use the courts at their own risk. Padel Islands is not liable for injuries sustained during play.
• Players must behave respectfully toward other players, staff, and equipment.
• Deliberate damage to courts or equipment will result in the cost of repair being charged to the responsible party.
• The minimum age to play without adult supervision is 16 years.
• Alcohol consumption on courts is not permitted.
• Padel Islands reserves the right to refuse entry or remove players from the facility.

Private event bookings are subject to a separate agreement. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Full payment terms will be outlined in the event contract. Padel Islands reserves the right to cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, technical issues, force majeure), in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Use of the facility and participation in padel is at your own risk. Padel Islands Dubai and WORLDWIDE PADELX DMCC accept no liability for:

• Personal injury during court use
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Injury or damage caused by other players

Users are advised to have adequate sports insurance. In all cases, our liability is limited to the value of the booking made.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
